Executive Roundtable Series – Leading Change: Accelerate, Adapt, Anchor

WICT SE executive members are invited to participate in the 2021 Executive Roundtable Series (ERS). Each month leaders will discuss a key leadership topic in a peer networking environment. At the end of year, executives will create their own personal Leadership Strategy Roadmap for 2022.

The topic for our 5th session of the 2021 WICT Southeast Executive Roundtable Series (ERS) is “Leading Change: Accelerate, Adapt, Anchor.”  It will be held virtually on Tuesday, May 25th from 8:00 a.m. EST – 9:30 a.m. EST.

Consider your responses to these questions prior to the event so we can engage in meaningful peer group breakout discussions:

  • How often are you leading change?
  • What is your biggest challenge around leading change?
  • What was the best change you have experienced?

Also, come prepared to share your professional introduction and requests for peer support via our ERS Reciprocity Ring at https://www.linkedin.com/groups/9027733/ (an exclusive benefit for ERS attendees).

Benefits of attending May’s session include:
