Executive Roundtable Series – Negotiation Practice Lab: Real Practice with Real Scenarios
WICT Southeast executive-level members are invited to participate in the 2021 Executive Roundtable Series (ERS). Each month leaders will discuss a key leadership topic in a peer networking environment. At the end of year, executives will create their own personal Leadership Strategy Roadmap for 2022.
Our August session will be a Negotiation Practice Lab: Real Practice with Real Scenarios. It will be held virtually on Tuesday, August 31, from 8:00 a.m. ET – 9:30 a.m. ET.
Join us for an innovative practice lab on the topic of Influence and Negotiation, two of the most popular topics from previous Executive Roundtable Sessions in 2021. We’ll tackle common real-world scenarios or you can bring your own such as an upcoming performance review, a salary negotiation or a job interview.
Take advantage of the opportunity to role play/practice and obtain feedback from your peers for your upcoming negotiations.
Also, come prepared to share your professional introduction and requests for peer support via our ERS Reciprocity Ring at https://www.linkedin.com/groups/9027733/ (an exclusive benefit for ERS attendees).
Benefits to leaders of attending each month’s session:
- Networking with other Executive WICT members
- Sharing best practices from peers
- Accessing deeper insights/research on session topics
- Providing opportunities to ask for advice and help from peers
- Brainstorming solutions in a safe environment
