Ann graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Master’s in Nursing in 2005 and has been working as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner ever since. She sees adults in an outpatient setting who are primarily struggling with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and attention deficits. As she sees patients, Ann encourages them to embrace a multi-pronged treatment approach for optimal results. This includes attention to healthy eating, sleeping, socialization, self-care, and exercise.
Ann has seen the positive impacts of exercise and healthy eating in her own life. She has been a Jazzercise Instructor for almost two years, and in October of 2018, Ann became the owner of Franklin Jazzercise Fitness Center.
Ann is honored to be able to offer people an invigorating exercise program. She loves seeing customers having a good time with friends, while also challenging their mind and body and improving their health.
