This award is presented to an individual who has established competency and success in their area of expertise and is moving into formal or informal leadership roles within their organization. This award is presented to a nominee who holds the title ranging from Individual Contributor to Director level.
"Jennifer has been on such a pursuit of growth and achievement since I met her 12 years ago. For the last several years she took on what we call a machine learning project for our company to embrace AI and that has grown so much that she is now the Timed Text Manager for a brand new team that was created for cost saving solutions for our company to grow with AI and take on a greater workload instead of sourcing it out. As a person who never met a stranger, it has just been really neat to see a true transformation in someone's life that resulted in a reward of a promotion. I'm just darn proud of her. "
