I was first introduced to The WICT Network: Southeast early in my career, and the connection has stayed with me ever since. The network drew me in because of the caliber of women it brings together: intentional, accomplished, and genuinely invested in each other's growth. With a background in workforce management and operations, I have spent my career focused on structure, performance, and supporting the people around me.

That same mindset carries into my role as Director of Membership. I want every member to feel that their investment in this organization is worth it, and that there is a place here for them. The WICT Network: Southeast continues to be a space where I am sharpened as a leader, and I am glad to contribute to what makes it valuable for others.
