I was drawn to The WICT Network: Southeast by its commitment to empowering women and fostering leadership in the telecommunications industry. The organization's emphasis on providing resources, mentorship and opportunities for connection aligned perfectly with my professional goals and my passion for supporting others through change. My involvement grew over the years, culminating in my service as president in 2022, which gave me a unique platform to contribute to the network's mission and help other members realize their potential. The chance to learn from experienced leaders and give back to a network that uplifts and inspires its members was a driving force in my decision to join.
