The biggest benefit that motivated me to join The WICT Network: Southeast was the TechConnect program, specifically the mentor/mentee matching. As a rising leader, having a mentor who truly understood my journey was invaluable. Our relationship has evolved over the past three years—from a structured mentorship to a source of professional support and genuine friendship. During my career transition, she was my rock and guide, helping me navigate challenges with confidence.

Another powerful aspect of WICT is the visibility and access it provides to women who have reached leadership levels I aspire to. In the technology space, high-level female leaders are still rare, but WICT creates opportunities to connect with these "unicorns." Through this network, I’ve seen firsthand how lifting each other up expands the table for more women in leadership. That sense of community and empowerment is what makes WICT truly special.
