After being a longtime member and active participant in WICT Southeast programs, workshops, and events, joining the board felt like a natural extension of the commitment I’ve carried for years: to champion women, elevate future leaders, and help shape a more inclusive industry.

 

My WICT journey really came to life through two transformative experiences—the 2024 Rising Leaders Program and the Global Mentoring Circle. Both expanded my community, strengthened my voice, and deepened my belief in the power of women supporting women.

 

My “why” for serving on the WICT board is simple:

 

To pour into the same community that has poured into me. To build pathways for women to grow, lead, and thrive. And to help ensure the organization continues to expand its legacy of empowerment, connection, and excellence.
