"WICT has been a consistent source of inspiration, education, connection and affirmation for me during my 30+ years in our industry. I recall attending my first Red Letter Awards—now Inspire Awards— and being in awe of the amazing women who were being honored, inspiring me to follow their leads. This event continues to inspire me every year. When it comes to education, WICT offers a wide variety of opportunities, spanning live training and virtual seminars, with topics ranging from leadership development to industry knowledge to technical skills. In that vein, I had the opportunity to attend WICT’s Executive Leadership Summit at Stanford University, and the experience was truly transformative, offering insights into strategy and innovation that I apply every day. Through WICT Southeast’s networking events and initiatives, I’ve built connections that have opened doors and provided invaluable support. And finally, participation in WICT mentoring activities and serving on the WICT Southeast Advisory Board have provided me with affirmation that my experience and contributions truly matter. WICT has empowered me to lead with authenticity and purpose. Both personally and professionally, I am so very grateful to have been a part of WICT for so many years, and look forward to more to come."
