I joined WICT SE because women have been instrumental in every major step of my career. The first leaders who took a chance on me, who recognized my drive to learn and succeed; were women, and their support changed my professional and personal path.

 

As a man and a father of two daughters, I feel a responsibility to help create a world where their ambitions will be fully supported and their opportunities limitless. Being part of WICT SE gives me a meaningful way to give back; championing women’s growth, expanding access to opportunities, and paying forward the same encouragement that helped shape my career.

 

For me, WICT SE is more than an organization, it’s a way to honor the women who invested in me and to actively contribute to advancing women personally and professionally.
