Students have two options:

• Join our National Mentoring program (6/22 - 11/16) with the option to pivot to Student Mentoring on 9/14. 
• Sign up for the Student Mentoring program only, This program will run from 9/25 - 11/16.

The WICT Network: Southeast is excited to launch the 2026 E3 National Mentoring Circles (Empower. Elevate. Excel.) in collaboration with The WICT Network chapters sponsored by TONE Networks! These virtual mentoring experiences are designed to spark meaningful, real-time conversations between mentors and mentees across the U.S. 

Topic-specific workshops will be powered by TONE Network’s collaborative learning video platform, enabling participants to engage in focused dialogue, share perspectives, and build confidence in a supportive group environment.

The National Mentoring Circles run from June through November. Mentors and mentees from the media, entertainment, and technology sectors will be grouped based on their interests and responses during registration.

Why Join? Participants in the 2026 E3 National Mentoring Circles (Empower. Elevate. Excel.) will have the opportunity to:

1. 1. Engage in a series of focused conversations on topics such as Leadership Presence, Effective Feedback, and Confidence Building
   2. Virtually network with professionals from multiple WICT Network chapters
   3. Learn and grow through peer-supported group mentoring and increased collaboration
   4. Gain valuable insights from a broad range of professional experiences and viewpoints
   5. Build a strong, lasting network that extends beyond the traditional mentor/mentee relationship
