Power Lunch Series
The Power Lunch Series (PLS), sponsored by Ridgeline Coaching, offers members cutting-edge research on a topic top of mind for women in our industry, followed by an interactive group discussion. For our first of six sessions, we’ll discuss “Rebooting Team Culture” on Tuesday, Feb. 22.
Check out our first event in the series here: Power Lunch Series (PLS): Rebooting Team Culture
Nikki Evans, CEO and Chief Thought Provoker at Ridgeline Coaching, will lead a session addressing that while culture was discussed pre-Covid, team culture is at the root of the Great Resignation, and many people are now focused on making intentional culture a priority.
We will discuss:
- What culture is and why it is important in organizations
- How to go beyond an aspirational statement into actual actionable things you can do to create the culture that will inspire engagement and productivity on teams
- A framework to help you and your team reboot and rebuild an intentional team culture
Nikki Evans leads team and one-on-one programs designed to guide attendees to achieve greater results as they hack into their strengths and those of their teams to increase productivity, engagement and happiness at work. She is a certified professional coach and holds an MBA from Georgia State University.
