Tina Shah is Executive Vice President and General Manager, Turner Sports. In this newly created role, Tina is a primary day-to-day point of contact with league partners including the NBA, NCAA, MLB and UEFA. She additionally leads business affairs, business development, rights acquisitions and strategy functions for Turner Sports, along with the programming and data, analytics and insights teams.
As a part of her expanded responsibilities, Shah will also lead business strategy on behalf of the NBA Digital portfolio. Shah reports directly to Lenny Daniels, President of Turner Sports.
Shah formerly served as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs, Turner Sports and Associate General Counsel where she led the legal team responsible for all of Turner Sports’ linear and digital businesses including multimedia rights agreements with Major League Baseball, The NBA, NCAA and PGA, along with owned and operated business in Bleacher Report and ELEAGUE. Additionally, she provided strategic business counsel and served as a trusted advisor across Turner Sports, along with Turner Studios and the Turner digital strategy and operations team while being a point of contact with league and business partners.
As an 18-year Turner veteran, Shah has worked closely with the Turner Sports leadership team to identify, explore and evaluate new business and has been instrumental in every business deal involving the portfolio for more than a decade.
