Join The WICT Network: Southeast and NAMIC Atlanta for an interactive virtual workshop, “Allyship in Action.” James C. Jones, Executive Coach and DE&I consultant, will lead the conversation about what it takes to be a self-aware, courageous and authentic ally of others who may be marginalized because of their cultural, social or organizational identities.

James C. Jones, Executive Coach and DE&I consultant, most recently served as Senior Vice President of Education and Diversity Solutions for NAMIC, the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications. He directed all executive and professional development programs for this national non-profit serving the media and entertainment industry. His work centered on collaborating with NAMIC’s corporate partners to ensure that the leadership and influence cadres of the media and entertainment industry reflect the increasingly diverse global consumers of content.

Jim became certified as an executive coach with the College of Executive Coaching. He is credentialled (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is qualified to leverage a wide range of powerful coaching assessments used to explore client strengths, developmental needs and underlying professional and cultural anchors. His coaching emphasis is working to align identity, core values and self-awareness, with strengthening the client’s leadership acumen and continuous development.
