The WICT Network SE has been instrumental in my professional growth, connecting me to a dynamic community of women and their allies committed to leadership, mentorship, innovation, and meaningful collaboration. As a graduate of the WICT Rising Leaders program, I’ve seen firsthand over the years how WICT creates real opportunities for growth, visibility, and impact. It has also strengthened my passion for mentoring while deepening my engagement in technology and leadership across our industry. I’m a very proud member of WICT, and I’m honored to serve on its Board of Directors.
